Perth update. No 4, December 2007
Numbers for Perth
As the World Champs gets closer, we have been contacted by the
organisers of the event who would like an idea of the numbers expected
from New Zealand. Could you please reply to me as soon as possible
advising your intentions.
Please send me a reply email and place the following in the Subject
Line - either a YES, NO or MAYBE followed by your name and
membership number.
eg. YES Rachel Harris 1836
Please do not send a message in this email as I am
expecting over 220 replies and I will only be looking at the subject
line, I will not be opening the emails.
The organisers have suggested that if you don't yet meet the
qualifying times but are still wishing to go, please make plans as if
you have qualified. They are encouraging as many swimmers as possible
to attend.
Accommodation
If you are still looking at accommodation, we have very limited space
available due to cancellations and
may be able to accommodate you. Please contact me immediately to
discuss your requirements.
Airfares
We are still able to book airfares for anyone who hasn't
yet done so, again, please contact me to discuss your requirements.The
outcome of funding applications should be known early in the New Year,
we will advise as soon as we hear.
Uniforms
We will be looking at uniforms for the team early in the New Year and
will advise as soon as they have been arranged.
In the meantime, if you require any further assistance or information
please contact me in a seperate email.
